For decades women have been talking about the lack of women’s presence in the world, AND we have made many positive steps towards lifting more women into power. The problem remains that we have not yet adequately questioned the very definition of power itself.
In the pursuit of power, many women have taken on a masculine role without realizing it, and without understanding the consequences. Those consequences have affected everything. From being able to attract an intimate partner that has masculine strength and knows how to honor a woman, to the drastic rise of breast and cervical cancer, to the lack of true fulfillment in our work, and to the unfortunate situation of women competing against women everywhere.
The YIN Project is REDEFINING POWER through Entertainment and Education and Experience.

Everything in our world is a balance of Yin and Yang. Over the past 10,000 years we have slowly but surely removed more and more of the Yin from our lives and society. The Yin is the feminine, the flow, the flexible, the intuitive; it is our connection to our own heart, the hearts of others and to the Earth. The dire consequences now facing us are because of our disconnection and fierce competition with each other, and a lack of passion and purpose in life as individuals and societies.
Our Vision is a world where both the Yin, the feminine principle and Yang, the masculine principle are equally honored and valued.
When any aspect of our nature is disowned or under valued our lives suffer. If we don’t acknowledge all parts of us (and our society), then those parts we have hidden away in dark corners will start fighting for attention. By disowning the Yin we are now seriously challenged with an environmental crisis, humanitarian crisis, and a gender identity crisis.
To create a positive world-wide shift we must return to the balance that we have lost. To lead a fulfilling, healthy and passionate life where we create what we want for ourselves and our communities, we must start adding the Yin back into our experience to compliment the strong and unwavering YANG.

Who we Are
Rachael Kennedy
 Rachael has worked in the field of education and training for ten years, as a teacher and workshop leader, most recently in the area of Performance/Presentation skills and Personal Growth. During her 3 years as Director of Education for the Conversations with God Foundation she developed many programs and courses that were strongly attended and highly praised. She has an international practice as a Life Coach, and now works with both men and women on understanding the importance of the feminine principle in intimate relationships and in shifting global consciousness. From this passion she has created The YIN Project.
Kim Keller
 Kim has spent the bulk of her career the past 20 years as a personal coach, counselor, trainer, facilitator, speaker and program designer for Human Development projects across the US. Her wide range of experience in the field of personal growth, as well as her own life experience as a parent, wife, professional, business owner, humanitarian and now grandmother gives Kim a wide perspective on the many different hats women are asked to wear during this time of shifting in our consciousness, in our world, in our relationships and in ourselves. Kim brings a vast range of expertise to her work, as well as her personal passion for assisting in the birthing of a new way to be in the world.
